In a world that demands so much from women, constantly pulling our attention out of ourselves, there is a quiet and sacred revolution in choosing healing through stillness. In choosing to slow down, soften, and return to your own body. My restorative yoga therapy sessions are a deeply held space for this very return.
These sessions are for the woman who is overwhelmed, overstimulated, and running on empty. For the one who feels disconnected from herself, yet senses there is more radiance available if only she could pause long enough to feel it. These are not just yoga sessions, it is held space to tend to your heart, mind, and spirit. An invitation to recalibrate your nervous system, release what no longer serves you, and remember your own capacity to heal.
What is Restorative Yoga Therapy?
Restorative yoga is a practice of profound stillness. Poses are held for extended periods (often 10–20 minutes), fully supported by props so that the body can surrender completely. When the body feels safe, the nervous system softens, and the deeper layers of healing can begin. This is where trauma unravels. This is where grief, shame, anger, and exhaustion are gently brought into the warm light and dissolved.
Combined with sound healing, touch, oracle guidance, and other intuitive tools, this becomes a deeply intuitive and holistic healing session. It’s where energy moves, the armour around your heart softens, and new possibilities become available.

Sessions are suitable for women experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, menopause, fatigue, or life overwhelm. Whether you’ve done yoga before or not, your body will be guided and supported in a completely accessible way.
Each healing session is tailored to your unique needs and current emotional and energetic state. We begin with a short consultation, tuning into your story, your body, and your energy.
From there, I guide you through a deeply restful restorative yoga sequence, supported with bolsters, blankets, and other props. As you settle into the stillness, I intuitively incorporate other healing tools — such as mantra, sound, oracle cards, essential oils, and energetic practices — to create a cocoon of healing.
This is your time to soften. To feel. To release. To heal.
You may cry. You may rest deeply. You may experience subtle yet profound shifts. All of it is welcome. Healing doesn’t always look dramatic, but something real always moves.

I am your guide, but it is ultimately you who is the healer. Your body just needs to the space to regulate and come home to your full self.
At the end of your session
We take time to reflect and gently integrate your experience. You’re encouraged to write or share what came through. Some women feel a shift immediately. Others notice a deeper unfolding over time.
Healing is not linear and what is held in your body cannot be completely resolved with a quick fix. It is a process of remembering, of returning. For this reason, I encourage a series of sessions for sustained support and deeper transformation.

3 Sessions – $270 ($90 per session)
